AT Delivery Rates are as follow:
- Post tracked 24 (1 working day not guaranteed) €5.99
- Post tracked 48 (2 working days not guaranteed) €3.99
Europe delivery
Tracked express (1-3 working days) — €20.00
Tracked standard (1- 3 weeks brexit delays) – €15.00
Rest of the world delivery
Tracked express (1-3 working days) — €25.00
Tracked standard (1- 3 weeks delays) – €20.00

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received this email, please contact us at sales@fbycd.com
We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Any orders which are undeliverable will be returned to us by the courier. Any costs involved in the return of any undeliverable orders may be charged to the customer.
All orders will require a signature upon delivery.
If you have not put in the correct address at checkout we will not be held liable if the parcel is then lost. If your parcel is shown as signed for, our liability for lost and stolen parcels ends there, if you have a dispute regarding receiving your delivery after it is shown as signed for you must personally take it up with Post.
